EAGLE Sports Integrity Services partnered with Olympiacos BC Academy to organise an interactive educational seminar for parents of Academy athletes.

The programme focused on the role of parents in creating a safe, healthy and supportive sporting environment for young athletes.

Parents discussed practical ways to support their children in training and competition, while avoiding excessive pressure or behaviours that may negatively affect the athletes' development and wellbeing.

The initiative reflects EAGLE's holistic approach to the protection and wellbeing of young athletes. Safeguarding is not only about the athletes themselves; parents, coaches, executives and families all shape the culture in which they grow.
