Panagiotis Panoutsos Talkowski

Founder - CEO

Panagiotis is a specialist scientist in the field of Sports Integrity and founder/director of EAGLE Sports Integrity Services. He holds a master’s degree from the MA Sports Ethics and Integrity program coordinated by KU Leuven which he attended with a scholarship from the European Commission. He has worked at the Economist Group and World Athletics as well as at major events organizers as UEFA. In Greece, he was the head of education of the National Anti-Doping Organization (E.O.K.A.N/HADA) and he is a certified education manager by WADA.

Nikos Akalestos

Co-Founder CTO

Nikos is a distinguished professional in Data Science, holding certifications from Google. Newly appointed as CTO at EAGLE Sports Integrity Services, he aims to bring expertise in AI and data analytics to the company. Nikos is committed to leveraging advanced technologies to promote athlete welfare and enhance the transparency and sustainability of sports through the development of cutting-edge services and solutions.

Ioannis Toumpanakis

Sports Psychology and Welfare Advisor

Ioannis is a dedicated Sports Psychology and Welfare Advisor at EAGLE Sports Integrity Services. He holds an MSc in Psychological Science from the University of Glasgow and a BSc in Sport Organization and Management from the University of Peloponnese. Additionally, he studied under the Erasmus+ program at SRH University Heidelberg in Germany. His academic research has focused on sleep hygiene, psychological well-being, and the emerging field of neuromarketing and its relevance to the business industry. Ioannis brings extensive experience in sports event organization, life and health coaching and has been actively involved in Erasmus+ programs in both volunteer and academic capacities.

Abhishek Deshpande

Consultant

Abhishek is goal-oriented sport ethics, integrity and compliance professional with more than four years of working experience within the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Abhishek is a qualified lawyer with license to practice law in India. Abhishek has pursued Erasmus Mundus Joint Master of Arts in Sports Ethics and Integrity (MAiSI) and a Master of Sports Administration (MSA). In addition, Abhishek has completed Bachelor of Laws as well as completed a Bachelor of Business Management.

Michalis Nikolaidis

Technical Advisor

Michalis Nikolaidis has been active in IT since 2011, focusing on designing and developing integrated software solutions. He started programming at age 8 and later studied Informatics at the University of Piraeus, where he began giving technical presentations. With his expertise and teaching ability, he has collaborated with many companies, offering specialized IT services and training. He is currently the founder and technical director of Qualicius, a company developing software for certification bodies and businesses. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and Trainer.
